Acronis is a globally active manufacturer of leading backup, disaster recovery, secure file sharing, and data access solutions. Since its establishment in 2002, Acronis has developed into an international enterprise with more than 700 employees in 18 countries and sales partners worldwide.

The company's flagship product Acronis Backup & Recovery comprises mature technologies that are bundled in such a user-friendly way that they even meet the increased need of smaller businesses for enterprise-grade solutions.

We offer Acronis Backup Advanced for Collax Server as an add-on for all Collax C-Servers and Acronis Backup Advanced for Collax Virtualization for all Collax V-Servers.

Avira – anti-virus software

As a leading German security specialist, Avira has sound experience in the development and support of its solutions. In addition to programs specifically for use on single workstations, Avira primarily offers professional solutions for cross-system protection of networks on various levels.

Distributed all over the world, many integration partners directly implement the Avira scan engine SAVAPI in their OEM products. SAVAPI and the underlying scanning technology are characterized by cross-platform and processor-independent programming.

We offer Avira as an add-on for our Collax C-Servers.

Kaspersky – Anti-virus software

Kaspersky Lab, headquartered in Moscow, has more than 2,300 highly specialized employees around the globe, including more than 160 at the German subsidiary in Ingolstadt. For many years, the virus experts all over the world have developed reliable, innovative IT security solutions for protection against viruses, hackers, and spam.

The Kaspersky Anti-Virus Software Development Kit (SDK) is based on the Kaspersky Anti-Virus Engine. It offers comprehensive protection against a wide spectrum of malware, including viruses, Trojans, worms, rootkits, spyware, and adware.

Under the name Collax Virus Protection, we offer Kaspersky as an add-on for all Collax C-Servers.

Zarafa – Collaboration solution

With its strong commitment to the open source development model, Zarafa is one of Europe's leading commercial groupware enterprises. The company is headquartered in Delft in the Netherlands. Offices in Stuttgart and Hannover, Germany, as well as in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, offer local support for more than 150 partners and thousands of customers.

The main product is the Zarafa Collaboration Platform (ZCP), the first European, open, and Outlook™-compatible groupware platform that is able to replace the Microsoft Exchange functions e-mail, appointment management, collaboration, and tasks.

We have integrated Zarafa in our Collax Groupware Suite and offer it as an add-on for the Collax Business Server.

N-Computing – Desktop virtualization

N-Computing, Inc., Santa Clara, USA, is the fastest-growing enterprise for VDI (virtual desktop integration) solutions. With its solutions, it facilitates the speedy rollout and secure operation of virtualized desktop machines. Versatile thin clients are supplemented with software solutions for the integration of PC workstations and management solutions.

We have tested and certified the N-Computing solutions on our Collax V-Servers. We recommend this solution to our partners for use in VDI projects.

NCP – Solutions for remote access

Remote access to central data repositories and resources of an enterprise remains the key concern of IT departments. Accordingly, there is a wide range of remote access solutions, which are largely characterized by the strategic considerations of various manufacturers. NCP focuses exclusively on the customers' need for user friendliness, compatibility, and affordability of all remote access components in a virtual private network (VPN).

We offer the NCP client as a client-side solution for our server VPN solutions.

The IP Telephone System for Your Business

STARFACE is an award-winning VoIP based telephony system that is “Made in Germany”. It integrates completely into the IT and communications infrastructure of your business and is based on open standards.

The STARFACE VM (Virtual Machine) Edition is a pure software solution, which is operated in a virtualised server environment in the server farm of the customer's business. The hybrid solution (analogue, ISDN, IP) can be supplemented with additional media gateways. It can be connected to the public telephone network via SIP lines or Patton gateways.

We have tested and certified the STARFACE VM-Edition on our Collax V-Servers. We recommend this solution to our partners as a highly available telephony system.
