What is needed to accelerate the handling of a support request?

Before contacting the support team, please do the following to help our team help you quickly:

 

  • Have the license number of your Collax product handy. This can be found in the upper right area of the administration interface or on your license certificate.
  • Make sure you are using a current version of the software.
  • The Collax product must be registered and have a valid subscription.
  • You must have a valid support contract for the product.
  • If possible, there should be a so-called Secure Shell connection (remote Internet access) through which the support staff can log in to your system for troubleshooting purposes.

 

Please note: We can not support the free licences via phone. If you have a free licence, please refer to the Collax support forum. Thank you.
