What is needed to accelerate the handling of a support request?
Before contacting the support team, please do the following to help our team help you quickly:
- Have the license number of your Collax product handy. This can be found in the upper right area of the administration interface or on your license certificate.
- Make sure you are using a current version of the software.
- The Collax product must be registered and have a valid subscription.
- You must have a valid support contract for the product.
- If possible, there should be a so-called Secure Shell connection (remote Internet access) through which the support staff can log in to your system for troubleshooting purposes.
