During development a good deal of effort was placed on spam detection. As incoming E-Mails pass through several detection stages, even a spam E-Mail that cunningly sneaks past one individual filter is then intercepted by the next. Apart from high spam detection rates the Collax solution has a very low false positive rate (E-Mails mistakenly identified as spam). This is vital for a real Groupware solution.

The interface, with its easy search function, enables individual users to search and restore deleted E-Mails: Complete Groupware.
